Our services involve local delivery of freshly prepared meals and catering packages, tailored for events, functions, and celebrations. 1. Serviceable Locations

2. Delivery Timeframes

Fresh Fusion offers event-based and time-specific deliveries based on your booking schedule. We strive to deliver all orders:

  • 15–30 minutes before your event start time, to allow for smooth setup and preparation.
  • Delivery windows are agreed upon during order confirmation and are based on travel time, food preparation requirements, and event scale.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees may apply based on distance, order size, and location.
  • These charges will be clearly communicated during the booking or quotation stage.
  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes to delivery location or timing.

4. On-Site Setup & Staffing

If your catering package includes live counters, buffet setups, or serving staff, our team will arrive well in advance for setup. Exact timing will be discussed during the planning phase.


5. Missed Deliveries

To ensure a successful delivery, it is your responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate delivery location and contact details.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

In case of unreachable locations, incorrect addresses, or no one available on-site, Fresh Fusion reserves the right to:

  • Contact the customer via phone immediately
  • Wait for a limited time (usually 15–20 minutes)
  • Return the items to our kitchen, if delivery cannot be completed

Missed deliveries due to customer error may not be eligible for a refund.


6. Special Handling

  • We take extra care to package all food securely to maintain quality and temperature.
  • For bulk orders or sensitive items (e.g., live counters, chafing dishes), professional delivery and setup teams are assigned.
  • If you require packaged meals or food boxes (e.g., for corporate lunches or community events), let us know your preferences during the booking.

7. Self Pick-up (If Applicable)

If you prefer to pick up your order from our kitchen:

  • Please arrive at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
  • Address and pickup instructions will be provided upon confirmation.

8. Changes to Delivery Details

To request changes in delivery location or timing, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
