  • Less than 48 Hours: No refund will be issued due to the preparation and scheduling involved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect delivery/event details provided by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction due to taste preferences if the food was delivered/prepared as agreed.
  • No-shows at booked events or services where staff/resources have already been dispatched or prepared.
